Most coaches come from corporate HR or consulting. I come from the field: fifteen plus years in NGOs and the humanitarian sector across China, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Malaysia, before becoming a transition and leadership coach based in Kuala Lumpur.
My own life has been shaped by the same pattern I now coach people through. Every relocation, every restart, every time I had to begin again from zero taught me the same lesson: waiting for certainty keeps you stuck, and eighty percent clarity is enough to move.
That is the belief this practice is built on.
I am a mission driven coach who builds clarity through care. My mission is to spread joy and be useful, with grounded strategy and deep cross cultural intelligence.
Why this work matters to me?
I know what it costs to move without a perfect map, and I know it can be done anyway. I do not coach from theory. When a client tells me they feel capable on paper and paralysed in real life, I recognise that exactly, because I have been there myself.

This is structured coaching, not a vague chat. I bring frameworks built from lived experience: a rhythm for cutting through overthinking, a way of naming exactly where you are stuck, and a plan you can act on at eighty percent clarity instead of waiting for a hundred.
